ना रजत की चमक लेकर हु बड़ा हुआ,
ना शानो शौकत की परवाज़ मैं हूँ चड़ा हुआ,
मोहल्ले, गलियों, बाजारों में ही मैं पला बड़ा,
मैं कोई ख़ास नहीं, मै आम हूँ |
उन्ही संघर्षो से गुजरता एक नादान हूँ ||

हाथ मैं ना कोई सफलता लेकर पैदा हुआ,
ना ही वंशजो के धन पर हु निर्भर बैठा हुआ,
पुरजोर मशक्कत करके इस मुकाम पर हु खड़ा हुआ,

Virtual Diwali...Virtual Emotions.

Strange but true...
This diwali was very special for me, Almost 800 people wished me on whatsapp through 10387 messages in group and personal chats, Around 500 people liked my pic and commented on fb,insta,snapchat,hike etc.
I was very busy in replying to all those people but the most fantastic thing of this Diwali is that I don't remember a single name and wishes from any of those people. It was a thing that made me celebrity for doing nothing and just having an internet connection on my smartphone and do u know even after thousand of messages, I feel myself alone.
Less phonecalls on this diwali, Less loved one this Diwali. Nowadays we only have a virtual presence in our dear ones lives but that something which connects us, that feeling is missing. Wait for a second today and think where we are now and where wou would go.
Digital emotions gives us only digital satisfaction but our heart always want to be with my friends and family who don't just say we are with you Vaibhav Gadia but they actually mean it without saying a word..Hope you will realise the difference between Real and Virtual life..

“संघर्ष और सफलता”

वो शुरुवाती दिन आज भी याद आते है

जब शुरू किया था चलना,

लम्हे वो तड़पाते हैं

सब ने अपने अपने मतलब निकाले

भीड़ थी पर में था अकेला

ये था संघर्ष का मोड़ पहला

धीरे धीरे जब में आगे बड़ा

कुछ अपने बेगाने से नजर आये

और कुछ बेगाने दिल को छु पाए

जो थे सच्चे वो जूठे नजर आये

जो थे गहरे उनमे एक बूंद भी ना समां पाए

जिंदगी की असलियत से जब पहचान हुई

यह संघर्ष की कहानी सभी के साथ हुई

कुछ को थी चिंता मेरी , कुछ को भरोसा था

लेकिन सच मायने में , मैं खुद भी अधूरा था

अनजाने से रास्ते थे, मंजिल का ही नहीं था ठिकाना

उठना भी था और लड़ना भी

बिना किसी का बुरा किये था आगे बढना भी

राहो मैं जो पड़ा था कंकर वो था पार कर जाना

यही तो था असली संघर्ष का ज़माना

चेहरे पर सिकन तो थी, आखें ये नरम तो थी

पर दिल में एक जज्बा लिए हम चल पड़े थे

अब तो था बस कुछ करने दिखाना

उन सभी लोगो को भी था चुप करना

जिन्होंने सताया था दे दे कर ताना

आज वो घडी भी यूँ आ गई

चेहरे पर मुस्कान छा गई , दर्द यूँ थर्रा सा गया

जब सफलता कदमो में आ गई, जाब सफलता कदमो में आ गई

चेहरे पर हमेशा यह मुस्कान रही,
हाथो की लकीरों से ज्यादा, मन मैं मेहनत की कमान रही,
किया है मैंने कई तूफानों का डट के सामना,
मंजिल पर हमेशा पंहुचा है मेरा ये कांरवा,
उन्होंने सोचा था मिटटी में दब जाऊँगा,
दूर कहीं हार के थक जाऊंगा,
पर लौट के हूँ आया, सबके दिलो में हूँ छाया
क्या करू?

कई  मुश्किलों का डट के है सामना किया,
कई अल्फाजो पर खुल के हैं जवाब दिया,
राहो के कंकर को हमने पैरो में दबाया है,
दर्द हुआ पर सहन करके, परचम अपना लहराया हैं,
मिटटी मैं दबाने की उनकी हर कोशिश नाकाम हुई ,
लहरों को चीर कर यह नैया हर बार है पार हुई,
क्युकी...

चले तो हम कारंवा लेकर ही थे,
कुछ लोगो ने किया यह छल कपट भरा कारनामा हैं,
किया भी सही तो कोई बात नहीं
हमे कहा किसी को निचा दिखाना है,
पर उनकी यह मेहनत भी बेकार हुई,
जब हुआ सवेरा तब एक नयी फसल की सौगात हुई,
यह तो होना ही था..क्युकी

कुछ पुराने रिश्तों से, मुलाकात नहीं हो पा रही ।

कीचड़... एक व्यंग्य !!!

बारिश आते ही "वो बारिश का पानी" गाना याद आता है,
मौसम मस्त हो जाता है,
सब कुछ सुहावना नजर आता है
लेकिन रह जाता है कीचड़ ।

जी हा कीचड़
सड़को पर,
बगीचो पर,
ट्रेन में,
बस में,
जहा देखो वहा कीचड़,
चारो और कीचड़ ही कीचड़

शादी में कीचड़,
अस्पताल में कीचड़,
रेलवे स्टेशन पर कीचड़,
यहाँ तक की घर के द्वार पर कीचड़.
हर एक फर्श पर कीचड़,
हर एक पत्थर पर कीचड़,
स्ट्रीट लाइट के पोल पर भी कीचड़.

मुझे तो लगा, पानी आया था...
पर दिख तो कीचड़ ही रहा है।

कीचड़ भी कितनी तरह का..
कहीं सड़क पे रुकी हुई खुदाई का कीचड़,
कही मोहल्ले में पड़े कचरे का कीचड़
कही कार पे कीचड़
तो कहीं चेहरों पर उछलता गहराई का कीचड़
हर पल में कीचड़, हर घर मैं कीचड़..

कही बच्चों के मध्य प्यार का कीचड़
तो कही खेतो में है जुताई का कीचड़
मैंने देखा काई का कीचड़
तो किसी के लिए हुआ ये ही लड़ाई का कीचड़।

कीचड़ ही कीचड़, कीचड़ ही कीचड़ .
अंत में बस इतना कहना चाहूंगा,
कि मेने देखा है कमल का कीचड़,
जो कि है एक बेहतरीन कीचड़ ।

कुछ अनकहे से ख्वाब है,
लेहरो में दिखती आस है
पंछियो का अजब अंदाज़ है
इन हवाओ में कुछ ख़ास है।

बेठके यु किनारे पर
हुआ आज ये एहसास है
जिंदगी यूँ ही, इस नदिया में
तैरने का नाम है

अनगिनत है बूंदों से बना यह समां
हवाओ के झोंको में हे जेसे मस्तिया
शाम भी तो ढल सी रही है
कुछ छुपे है राज यहाँ।

वो पंछी का पानी को चूमना
वो लेहरो का किनारो को चूमना और
वो किनारो पर मेरे पैरो को चूमता पानी।
यही तो है जिंदगी अठखेलियां ।

वो थोडा सा हठ उस युगल का,
जिसमे प्यार भी है तकरार भी
इन झीलो, तालाबो की दुनिया में
किस्से भी है साज भी।

यह हैं पंक्तिया किनारो की,
जिसमे समाहित है सनसनाता जल तलिया का,
हे फिजाएं रमती यहाँ,
और बंधता जाता ये समां हमेशा।

शोक गहरा होगा, दिलों में तूफ़ान सा !!!

मानता हु एक दिन लोग मुझे भूल जायेंगे,
लेकिन मेरी अच्छाइयो को अपने दिल से कैसे मिटा पाएंगे |

काम था तो आये थे, अपना भाई, बेटा, दोस्त बोल अपनाए थे
फिर भूल भी जाए तो क्या शिकवा,
मे उनके जीवन का बन तो पाया  एक हिस्सा |

दिलो में उनके वह स्नेह आज भी है,
मिलते रोज ना सही,
नाम सुनते ही आश्चर्य चकित वे हो जाते हैं |

मन में उमंग की तरंगो से
मेरी यादो में, मेरी बातो में खो से जाते हैं |

यह  मेरा जादू ही तो है और
यही मेरा पुरस्कार भी |

अंत में बस इतना कहना चाहूँगा दोस्तों..

जब जाऊँगा तब देखना,
लाखो को रुलाऊंगा तब देखना,
काफिला भले ही लम्बा ना हो शमशान तक,
लेकिन शोक गहरा होगा, दिलों में तूफ़ान सा....

आज में कुछ खो रहा हूँ - वैभव गादिया

बरसो पुराने उन सपनो को, जो देखे थे नन्ही आँखों से ।
अपनी उन शरारती बातो को जो करते थे ये लब प्यारे से ।
किताबो में खोयी उन नींदों को, उन नाजुक नाजुक से बंधो को,
आज में कुछ खो रहा हूँ , आज में कुछ खो रहा हूँ ।

वो परिंदों से उड़ने की तमन्ना,दिल ये लिया जो चलता था ।
वो कुछ कर गुजरने का होसला, जो हर दिन हम में होता था ।
वो जो लिखते थे हम हर इक पन्ने पे, उन किस्से - कहानियो को भी - आज में कुछ खो रहा हूँ, आज में कुछ खो रहा हूँ।

ना जाने किस ओर जाना है, ना जाने किस ओर बढ़ रहा हूँ।
अपने उन सपनो से परे, इस जिंदगी से में लड़ रहा हु ।
मंजिले मिलेगी मुझे , ये मेरा होसला है ,
कल को कुछ बन पाने के लिए

People with Something Extra-ordinary in themselves, Lets Find out?

Today lets think on a point what are the extra-ordinary things the global leaders like Abraham Lincoln,Bill Gates,Mahatma Gandhi or Mark Zuckerberg have in themselves.That leads them towards becoming successful,powerful and famous.How they achieved the topmost things in their lives,how they fulfilled their dreams,how they become world known personalities,What was different or "EXTRA ORDINARY" in them.

The answer is NOTHING.

All of them was Just like us,The same to same...All of them had the things we have or maybe they didn't had what we have now(topmost modern facilities).

So what was the EXTRA-ORDINARY thing they had...In my views NOTHING EXTRA ORDINARY.

they had things that leads them towards their goal was..the common things

• Honesty : Always be honest with yourself,why you don't accept the things,why you don't take responsibilities,for what reason u always lie..The best learning from all of the successful leader is always to be honest to yourself,to your work,to your co-workers and BE HONEST WITH YOUR DREAM. Just for the sake of some excuses don't loose your honesty.

• Will Power : Either you have knowledge or not,Either you know the right path to go towards your goal or not,you can become successful only and only if you have a WILL to do things,If you Have a WILL you'll learn the things to become successful,If u have a WILL you'll find the right ways But If you lost your will,you're no more worth full.

• Confidence : Always be confident in whatever you are doing,Either you know how to do it or not,No one in this world is perfect,we all learns from our mistakes Just see an example I am writing this article with Confidence,I know that you will find too many grammatical errors in this post but the fact is if i will not write this,how would i know & correct the errors.Everyone learns from mistakes so don't be nervous.Be confident in all the things you are doing,There is nothing to loose but too much to gain,Success and failure doesn't matters,learning matters most.

• Hard-work : A phrase is very popular now a days,we believe in doing work smartly,we don't believe in HARD-WORK,Do you guys know what you're saying in this line.Smartness was always there in everywhere..No one work like a DUMB now a days..But the HARD-WORK actually mean towards Doing a job by dedication..A man who wants to fulfill his dreams works harder with full of dedication towards the outcome..The appetite of getting things done creates leader of tomorrow.

• Fear of failure : Most of the present youngster don't do anything,they have too much excuses just because of fear of failure,they don't know if they won't fail ,they will never learn from failure to overcome from their weaknesses and if they will never overcome how they can become successful?

• Consistency & Dedication : The thing that also matters is consistency, you have to be consistent if you want success in your Career.No shortcut is there,if you follows Shortcuts ,maybe you grow up for sometime but then after you will FALL DOWN.So don't leave your work before completing that. Consistently focus towards your goal and go on with dedication.

• Acceptance : Successful leaders always take responsibilities of all of the tasks they do,they always Accepts their weakness,Their failures,Mistakes,Wrong deed.They accepts the Universal Changes,New ideas,Innovations,New Philosophies,Technology Changes,Work Climate and Culture change.They always accepts Tough challenges and face them,That results in a successful career.

• Updation : Yeah,Right..Updations Of knowledge, Skills, Technology, Process, Work Force, Market Updations and much more.The one who don't believe in updations can't be there on the top for the long times.

So all of the these points mentioned are not "EXTRA-ORDINARY". the way is that we have to follow our path HONESTLY by ACCEPTING all the UPDATIONS so that we can work CONSISTENTLY with full of DEDICATION & HARDWORK without having a FEAR OF FAILURE, So that we can become succesful because of our WILL POWER.

What is Marketing?

Marketing, a term used for promoting business through processes, Development of a plan and then implement them.

As per Some Indian Leaders, Anything that results in sales is Marketing.

Marketing is a business activity to research and find out what is consumer's need & desire and how 

can we fulfill that by our World Class Products.

Marketing Management is Combination of business activities that includes Advertisement, Promotion and Sales.

Marketing, Makes the sense clear about a product or service to Client, Customers, Consumers.

Marketing is a key of success for every business.

There are lots of definitions of marketing by experts but for me marketing is different. For me the Marketing is Soul of any business. Marketing is not just limited to what we think, Marketing is above our thoughts.

Marketing is an activity that everyone has in their lives, like:

At the time of birth of a child(Product) families(Team members,Staff of company) market it to the relatives, friends, neighbors(Stakeholders, Investors, Agencies incorporated etc) and even those Stranger(Attracted customers),That are just attracted towards you by a little cute smile(Core feature) who doesn’t know anything about your Parents(company).Marketing  Is everywhere for me. What parents sell is their emotions towards child and what they get in return is the happiness, the feeling of satisfaction when they say Hey Vaibhav Gadia, just look at our child, then tell the child to show me Dance, Sing a song, Poems etc or just to make me smile by some cute poses, Unique intelligence and much more that satisfy a consumer like me in a way to give a relaxation(fulfill my needs and wants) for some time. The word of mouth here was the tool of promotion, Conversations was Communication, Mom acts like kids is about advertisement of the product etc.

So in the above paragraph I just wanted to say “the business and marketing is Universal” It is everywhere.

What is Market?

Market, Some people take it as a geographical market, Some take it as Demographic, Online, Offline, Global etc…..Definitions for market is also a different for me…As I thought in a Broad way.i am giving you a little example that is of a small market but it have a broad scope because of its applicability.

Example:  Vaibhav Gadia is working at Ruchi Soya Industries limited. General Manager marketing Mr. Sanjiv Razdan asked him to tell about what is market?

 Vaibhav Simply answered:

The people here, team of 100 peoples in this office this time can be refer as a whole Market.

The people working here of different Age Groups in this office Creates a Market.

The people having different education levels, income levels, Growth levels, Skills are combined as a Market.

The Peon and the director have different needs in the office is same as having different type of consumer needs in the Market.

As an Intern and student I Vaibhav Gadia have different needs and my mentor Mrs. Deepali das Asst Manager Marketing, A Mom, A Wife, A Daughter in law have different needs that creates a Market.

So in this office we have a Students,Fathers,Professionals,Mothers,Low purchasing power individuals,high purchasing power individuals,People from different castes,Different relagions and From different regions.Some have to purchase something for their kids,Some have to for their older parents etc.

So there is a clear understanding about marketing have place everywhere, what we want is just a vision to understand the market, their needs and how we can fulfill the needs by offering some unique quality world class products that leads in creating a Consumer Delight.
